FAQ

About the free check

Is the compatibility check really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. You only pay if you decide to book an installation after seeing your quote.

What details do you need?

CPU, motherboard (or laptop model), graphics card, Wi-Fi card, RAM and storage. If you are not sure, the brand and model of your computer is a good start.

How fast will I hear back?

We aim to reply within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp, often much sooner.

What if my computer is not compatible?

We tell you honestly. Often a small change, such as a supported Wi-Fi card or a used Radeon graphics card, makes a machine a great Hackintosh. If it is not worth it, we say so.

Do you install macOS on any laptop?

No. Laptops are much more model-specific than desktops. Send the exact model number and we will confirm what will and will not work before you commit.
